Quick healthly crockpot meal




Here's a very easy Crock pot Recipe- thanks to my sister Shannon. It's healthy and very good! Crock pots are probably one of the best inventions to save us cooking time

Hands-On Time: 5-10 minutes
Ready In: 10 hours (LOW) or 5 to 6 hours (HIGH)
Yield: 6-10 servings

Ingredients

1 Organic Green Onion
2 cans of Organic Dice tomatoes
1 can Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes (original recipe)
1 container of diced onions
1 pkg organic chicken breast ("No steroids, hormone free". ...)
5 to 7 medium-size red potatoes-wash and slice in half
Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liners

Directions:First line your slow cooker with Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liners
Then mix all ingredients into the crock pot -plug in and set low or medium.
Thru out the day stir

FYI: BE CAREFUL and watch it to make sure everything is OK. Now turn it OFF. Feel your counter. Is it VERY hot? You bet it is! If the counter is hot, find another non-flammable place to put the crock pot (like on a tile or pizza stone). Or safer yet, don’t leave the crock pot on when your are not home."
