 I just love water and have always added cucumbers or a wedge of lemon- but take a look at what else you can add to water--









1.  Fresh sliced cucumber & raspberries
2.  Frozen blueberries & little natural sweetener fro stevia leaves… like purevia
3.  Mint leaves with slice strawberries
4.  Lemon wedges with a little purevia and 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
5.  Orange slices, mango slices and a little purevia
6.  Mint leaves with fresh lime wedges
7.  Shaved fresh ginger, little purevia and lime wedges
Let your ingredients sit in a pitcher of water in your refrigerator over night!

Start by taking your body weight in pounds 
Divide that number by two.
 That's how many ounces of water you need to drink in a day, at a minimum


I began drinking 1/2 my weight in water and was amazed how much better I felt and the beautiful improvement in my skin ...
