MY NEW FAVORITE SNACK 

~Fiber One Caramel Delight Cereal ~ 
The taste is phenomenal; a combination of perfect sweetness and caramel goodness. Also, I take 1 Probiotic pill daily= healthy gut

Recommended Daily Intake

The National Fiber Council recommends 32 grams of dietary fiber per day for an average, healthy adult. In addition to helping with weight loss, fiber promotes digestive health and reduces the risk for developing colorectal cancer.
